Traci Anne Oplinger

"Traci Anne Oplinger (Barbato) of Cuyahoga Falls passed away at age 57 on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by both family and friends. Traci was born on October 13, 1965. On May 7, 1988, she married Robert Oplinger. Together they shared 34 years of marriage.

Preceded in death by her father, Christopher Barbato, and father-in-law Roger Oplinger. Traci leaves to cherish her devoted husband, Robert (Bob) Oplinger and three children Nicholas, Tyler, and Madison (Mason); two grandchildren, Aubree and Blake; mother, Karen Barbato; siblings, Tina (Rob) Erksa, Toni Charles, Mark Barbato, and Troy Barbato; mother-in-law, Marilyn Oplinger; Tom (Lisa) Oplinger, Jenni Oplinger; countless treasured nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

We would like to thank Cozy Richard and the Falls Cancer Club for their endless support and kindness. We would also like to thank the tremendous providers at the Cooper Cancer Center and Akron City Hospital for their compassion and exceptional patient care. 

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Falls Cancer Club at 3345 State Rd Box 3244, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223. No funeral arrangements will be made at this time, per Traci’s request, a celebration of life is to follow."
