Stephen L. VanOrden

Stephen L. VanOrden, 54, passed away June 11, 2023.  He was born March 18, 1969 in Rochester, New York.  Stephen will always be remembered as a kind hearted and giving person.  He was definitely one of a kind and very likable.  He was into music.  To say that he was an avid Elvis fan would be an understatement.  Stephen could talk for hours about Elvis movies and albums with anyone that would listen.  He may very well be giving dance lessons to the King of Rock and Roll!  Stephen is preceded in death by his parents David and Rosalie Hernandez; his biological father Stephen VanOrden; and his brother David Hernandez.  He is survived by his daughter Jessica Wilson; brothers James Hernandez and Scott (Lindsay) Hernandez; sister Angela Hernandez; as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and longtime companion Wendy Jones.  The family will receive friends 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday, June 24, 2023 at the Adams Mason Funeral Home (791 East Market Street), where a memorial service will immediately follow at 7:00 PM.  Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home (330) 535-9186
