Scott Lee Chaney

Scott Lee Chaney, 54, passed away suddenly on October 23, 2023.  He was born June 17, 1969 in Akron, and later graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School.  Scott will always be remembered as a guy who enjoyed making things.  He loved amusement parks, watching scary movies, playing pinball, and spending time on his computer.  He will be deeply missed.  Scott is preceded in death by his brother Harvey Franklin Chaney.  He is survived by his parents Harvey and Lana Chaney; brother Gary (Ann) Chaney; neice Elizabeth Chaney; nephew Christopher Chaney; uncle Melvin Chaney; and his cousin Shawn Chaney.  The family will receive friends 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at the Adams Mason Funeral Home (791 E. Market Street), where funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00 PM.  He will be laid to rest at Chestnut Hill Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home (330) 535-9186
