Robert J. Bird Jr.

Robert (Bob) J. Bird, Jr. age 56 of Akron, Ohio passed away Saturday, July 1, 2023. He was born in Akron, Ohio on July 15, 1967, to Shirley N Bird (Miller) and the late Robert J. Bird Sr. He graduated from Springfield High School and was a licensed master plumber his whole life. He was proceeded in death by his father Robert J. Bird, Sr, and sister Linda Bird Kirkpatrick.  He is survived by his mother, Shirley N. Bird, son Jonathan R. Bird, daughter Hailey Bird, sisters Brenda Bird, and Kathy (David) Miller and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

Robert was a part of Bird & Son Plumbing for many years and turned many customers into friends. Robert loved to hunt and fish and spent many hours in the woods and on the water.  Cremation has taken place, but a Celebration of his life will take place at the Polish Legion of American Vets hall at 383 Dayton St, Akron OH 44310 on Saturday, July 22, 2023, from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite charity.
