Paul Lawrence Jeffers, 41, of Canton, OH, passed away on March 14, 2024. He was born on July 5, 1982, in Beaver, PA.
Paul was known for his kind and compassionate nature, his sense of humor, and his unwavering encouragement. He was an amazing husband to Kelli and a loving father to his children: Angel, Seth, Connor, Dominic, and Aaron. Paul had a strong passion for cooking and enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing and spending as much time as he could at camp in Pennsylvania.
Recently, in his career, Paul served as a Cook and Kitchen Coordinator at Total Living Center (TLC). He took great pride in his work and was dedicated to providing comfort and care in the form of food to those in the community.
Paul found joy in worshipping at Cornerstone Church in Akron and was believer in Jesus. His faith was important to him, and he was not afraid to share his faith with others when presented with the opportunity.
Paul enjoyed hobbies such as hikes in the woods, Bingo, and trying his luck at KENO and scratchers. He also enjoyed scrapping and would often get excited over the “treasures” he would find.
Paul is survived by his wife, Kelli Jeffers; mother, Kathy Jeffers; brothers, Kevin (Jeanne) and Robbie; children, Angel, Seth, Connor, Dominic, and Aaron; grandmother, Carol (Nanny) Bittenbender; uncles, James (Vicki) and Mark (Marlene); as well as other uncles and aunts, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Jeffers Sr.; brother, Shawn; grandparents, James L. Bittenbender, Johnathan B. Jeffers, and Mary Lou Jeffers; uncle, Randy Jeffers; and cousins, Angel Bittenbender and James A. Bittenbender.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Paul, with details to be announced.
Paul will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but there is joy in knowing that this is not “Good-bye,” but rather, “See you again, soon.”
