Nancy Jean Booth

Nancy J. Booth (Tice), 69, of Akron, Ohio, passed away on May 12, 2023. She was born July 20, 1953, in Akron, Ohio to Delores Tice (Thompson) and William Tice. Nancy was raised in Stow, Ohio unil she was teenager and then spent the rest of her life as a resident of Akron, Ohio where she spent a lot of time caring for others. She was a kind loving lady who would help anyone in their time of need; her door was always open to everyone. Nancy loved her animals and her family. She spent time going to Bible study at Hope Cafe and attended church at Akron Bible Church. She will be greatly missed by so many.

Nancy is survived by her mother Delores Tice (Thompson); father William E Tice; brothers Wayne Tice, David Tice, Robert Tice, Terry Tice, and Michael Tice; sisters Deborah Tice, Theresa Tice, and Bonnie Tice; daughters Melissa Tice Pumphrey and Daisy Jones; sons Joshua Ohlinger Sr and Edward Jones Sr; grandchildren Charles Tice, Jacob Tice-Pumphrey, Andrew, Alicia, Joshua Jr, Amy, Justin, Natalie, Autumn, and Riley; great grandchildren Alex and Seth Pumphrey and many more adopted children and grandchildren.

Nancy was a loving and caring person who loved with all her heart, was devoted to God, and a hard worker.

Services will be held at Akron Bible Church, 783 Brown St. Akron, Ohio 44311, on Sunday May 28, 2023, from 3-4pm. After the service there will be a dinner at the Bill Denton Center, Corner of Brown and South from 430-7pm.
