Milton Fordyce Baltzly IV

Jack passed away at Akron General Hospital on Friday, August 16, 2024 as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash at the intersection of Swartz Road and South Main Street in Akron, Ohio on Thursday, August 15th.  Jack lived in Massillon and was on his way home from work when the crash occurred at approximately 4:46 PM.  To all the bystanders who helped - Thank You!  To all the medical staff at Akron General ICU who cared for him - Thank You - all your efforts to save him will not be forgotten.

Jack was born on July 11th, 1968 in Canton, Ohio.  He graduated from Lake High School in Hartville, Ohio in 1986.

Jack was a loyal employee of Morrow Control - A Winstel Controls Company in Canton, Ohio for over 28 years.  Jack recently transferred positions from Warehouse Manager at the Canton Branch to Branch Manager at the Akron location on Grant Street in Akron.  He was a hard worker and enjoyed the challenges of his new position. 

Jack leaves behind his wife and best friend of 19 years, Bonnie (Parsons) Baltzly; four children who he deeply loved and cherished, Cody (Brooke) Baltzly, Jake Baltzly, Colin Baltzly, and Lily Baltzly; mother Sandra Baltzly; brother Christopher Baltzly; and sister-in-law Angela Barber.

Jack is preceded in death by his father Milton F. Baltzly III, and a brother Jeremy Baltzly.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 25th, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (4260 Mayfair Road, North Canton, Ohio 44720.  Billy Wells (Jack's longtime friend) will be the speaker for the memorial.  The family requests no flower arrangements please.  Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home  (330) 535-9186
