Marsha A. Brown

Marsha Ann Brown age 53 of Akron, Ohio, made her transition peacefully home on Wednesday January 17, 2024 surrounded by loved ones. 

 

Marsha  was born on April 06, 1970 to Ruby and Robert Earl Brown. She attended Garfield HS, where she ran track, and graduated in 1988. She was nurturing, caring and full of life. She loved to be around her family, calling long distances to check on other relatives. Marsha enjoyed traveling to Detroit to go visit all her aunts and uncles. Once she knew you, you were family.  Marsha enjoyed traveling, spending time and giving her absolute best to family and friends. In 2011 she got a late christmas present, her bundle of joy which kept her youthful and going, Marquis Daniels. She was able to see her brother Cedric Brown receive a heart transplant. Marsha loved to play roulette, anywhere she traveled she was going to find a racetrack/casino. Marsha loved to cook, even mastered making dressing, fried collard greens and hot water cornbread, she provided pro bono “free” Uber services to the community. Marsha was employed by creative screen print and as a master industrial sewer, also visual arts and graphics. She was a member of True Deliverance Missionary Baptist Church. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Earl Brown and Ruby Jo Brown; brothers, Robert Earl Brown II, and Cedric Arden Brown. Grandfathers, Elijah Palmer and John Brown; Grandmothers Stella Lampley and Lillian brown; Aunts, Stella Palmer and Patricia Boston; and uncles John Brown and Henry brown, and son Donte Daniels 

 

She leaves to cherish her husband , soulmate and hero Keith Daniels ; sons Ronald Brown (Johnleea Williams) and Marquis Daniels, Keith Daniels II, Dallas Daniels; nieces;  Mercedes Beauford (Terry Beauford),Tearra Brown-Austin (Donte Austin), Brandi Brown and Brooklynn Brown. Nephew; Latrez West. Aunts; Sally Knight, Peggy Allen and Johnnie Mae Clark. Uncles; Jessie Brown and Howard Brown; a host of great nieces and nephews; and best friends Ramona Hamilton and Ricka Laramore.

 

Special mother Janet Shufford, special sisters Penny Hudson - Hearn, Le Carla Hearn, Angela Ogunde, Cheryl Medley, Freda Kendricks; special niece Leslie Daniels; special brother-in-law Myron Daniels.
