Mark Edward Anglin

Mark E. Anglin passed away on April 11, 2024. Born on November 15, 1949, he grew up in the Kenmore neighborhood of Akron, Ohio and spent most of his life in a self-built home in Wadsworth, Ohio. He is survived by his daughters, Leah (Shane) and Emily (Nick), granddaughter Elie, grandsons Cooper and Owen, brothers Jim (Linda) and Stan (Dawn) and sister, Sandi (Tom). Mark found immense fulfillment in his role as a father and grandfather, cherishing every moment spent with his family.

At an early age, Mark displayed a remarkable aptitude for understanding the intricate workings of the world around him. His fascination with physics, astronomy, technology and history fueled his quest for knowledge, striving to understand the complexities of the human condition and the wonders of the natural world.  From his talent for rebuilding amplifiers for local bands during his teenage years to his pioneering work as an Electrical Engineer at Novar Controls Corp. in Barberton, Ohio, and later with Honeywell, Mark's ingenuity shone brightly throughout his 43-year career. His work led to the granting of several patents, a testament to his creativity in his field.

Mark was known for his kind heart, quick wit and intellect. He had a knack for cutting through the noise to uncover the truth of any matter, always guided by a sense of integrity and compassion. Mark will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
