Louise W. Bergreen, 94, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio passed away July 1, 2023, at home. She was born January 11, 1929, in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles Nevin and Wanda Zielinski. Louise married Ralph J. Bergreen, and they spent 25 years of marriage together.

Proceeded in death by her parents Charles Nevin and Wanda Zielinski, sister Lillian Hall (Nee Nevin), husband Ralph J. Bergreen Sr, sons Xavier (Ralph) J Bergreen (Jr) and John K Bergreen Sr, and great granddaughter Ashley L. Keefer.

She was a cancer survivor for over 40+ years and was recognized by the American Cancer Society at a Relay 4 Life event. A graduate of Norwalk High School in Norwalk, Ohio. She played a woodwind instrument in the orchestra. She retired from PNC bank after 20+ years as a teller. She went on two cruises and her fondest was to the Holy Land. She enjoyed going to county fairs, square dancing, and ballroom dancing in Cleveland and the Maples Ballroom in Rootstown, Ohio. She was able to meet Neil McCoy and attended a concert on her 90th birthday when Jimmy Allen performed. Louise's best ever concert was when she attended a Scotty McCreery concert and had a meet and greet with him.

Louise leaves behind her daughter Evelyn "Angel" Ahlstrom (Nee Bergreen) of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, granddaughter Kathleen Bergreen of Akron, Ohio, great grandson Thomas L Gilbert, Jr of Akron, Ohio, grandson John K Bergreen, Jr (Fiancé Shelby Smith), and great granddaughter Kelsey of Florida, nephew Donald Hall of Florida, and many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Wake/calling hours will be July 22, 2023, at 10am followed by Mass at Immaculate Heart of Mary (IHM) Catholic Church, 1905 Portage Trail Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44223. Burial to follow immediately after Mass at Holy Cross Cemetary 100 E. Waterloo Rd, Akron, Ohio 44319.  A gathering to be held after burial at granddaughters (Kathleen Bergreen) home. Please call for information.
