Loretta (Lorie) McCowin Ishmael

 Lorie McCowin Ishmael passed away on October 25, 2024. She was born in Akron, Ohio and lived with her family in Cuyahoga Falls, graduating from Cuyahoga Falls High School. Following High School, life led Lorie to Alabama and then back to Ohio for retirement. She was known for her warmth, kindness and compassion. She touched each person she met and was always willing to assist others with a positive attitude. As a pet owner she was a caring pet Mom to many wonderful fur babies over the years. 

 Lorie was preceded in death by her mother, Louise Clark, father Al McCowin and Brother, David McCowin. She will be missed by her sister Shelley Mack,

Nephews Al Mack (Emily), Ben Mack (Meghan), and Louis Mack, Great-Nieces Brianna and Harper Mack and friend Dick Mack as well as many other friends whose company she enjoyed.

 A family service has been held recently. Your prayers for the family will be cherished and donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Lorie's name.
