Leonard Frank Trefny Jr.

Leonard, Frank Trefny Junior of Cleveland Ohio passed away February 3, 2025 following small cell cancer diagnosis.

 He was born March 25, 1964 in Cleveland, Ohio

 son of the Late, Leonard Trefny Sr

 Lenny was a very loving person, and he was a great father and grandfather. He was educated in many different fields with a masters degree in social work. He studied and graduated from Cleveland State University and Cuyahoga community college. He has also worked for the Board of elections and the census bureau in Cleveland, Ohio. He loved to spend time outdoors, live concerts, fishing, and bonfires. He was very loved by many and will be missed dearly. He taught a lot in the life, but even more in death.

He is survived by his three children, Alexander Trefny, Amber Trefny and Andrew Trefny. Six granddaughters, one grandson and one great grandson.
