Joellen Kay Wade

Joellen Kay Wade, 72, passed away after a battle with cancer on March 6, 2025.  She was born June 29, 1952 in Mansfield, Ohio, the daughter of the late George and Wilma Wade.  Jo will always be remembered as a very caring and thoughtful person.  She was always happy, positive and loved all animals.  She was very independent and a stylish dresser.  In her free time, Jo enjoyed collecting dragons, drawing and was great at crafts.  If there was a chance to go thrift shopping, she was there.  In addition to her parents, Joellen is preceded in death by her sister Gayle Wade.  She is survived by her daughter Angela (fiancé David Jacobik) Shaw; granddaughters Summer (Brianna) Hawley, Savanna (Jason) McCord, and Shelby (Kyler) Fillingim; grandson David Shaw Jr.; brothers George (Kathy) Wade, David (Eva) Wade, Greg Wade, and Jimmy (Lauronna) Wade.  Visitation will be 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the Adams Mason Funeral Home (791 East Market Street), where a memorial service will immediately follow at 12:00 PM.  Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home (330) 535-9186
