James M. Ratliff

James M.Ratliff, of Rittman, Ohio, passed away April 26, 2023, in Doylestown, Ohio.  He was born August 30, 1942, in Braxton County, WV to Dale and Della Blake Ratliff Proceeded in death by his parents, brother Dale Ratliff Jr. and son Tommy Ratliff Survived by his wife, Faith, son's, James of Parma, Mike of West Virginia and Gene of Litchfield, OH, daughters Mary Britton of West Virginia and Kim Ward of Cleveland.  Jim enjoyed fishing and woodworking.
