Ira Kirsch

Ira Kirsch, 71, of Fairlawn, Ohio, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2024, from dementia. He was born on July 29, 1952, in Miami Beach, Florida and lived in the Brecksville and Akron area for many years. 

Ira is survived by his wife of 41 years, Loni; his children, Jimmy, Jennifer (Greg), Mandy and David; grandchildren Katie, Nicki, and Tommy. Ira put his family first and enjoyed time with his immediate and extended families.

 Ira loved life and meeting new people. He owned various businesses over the years, including Kirsch Construction and American Home Mortgage Company. He was involved in his community and loved helping others. He was an avid baseball fan and went to the Cleveland Indians Fantasy Baseball Camp for his 50th birthday. Ira loved playing the drums and listening to music – the louder, the better! Ira always had a joke to crack, a history lesson to share, and a smile on his face. He is loved and will be deeply missed.
