Garry Wade Waite

Garry Wade Waite, born October 8, 1946 in Barberton, Ohio, died October 18, 2022 in Akron, Ohio. Garry was a 1964 graduate of Kenmore High School, a proud US Army veteran, and worked for many years at US Lighting.

Garry was proceeded in death by his parents, Donald Gene and Joycelaine (Buchtel) Waite, and his rescue companions Mango and Connie. He is survived by his brother, Randy (Kathy) Waite and sisters Elizabeth (Robert) McFadden and Susan (Nick) Shilliff and a number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment November 2, 2022, at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetry. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Rubber City Animal Rescue, 640 E. Catawba Ave., Akron OH 44306.
