Donald R. Hill Jr.

Donald Ray Hill Jr., 71, passed away December 4, 2024. He was born in Frederick, Maryland on December 29, 1952, the son of the late Audrey Ann and Donald Hill Sr. Donald will always be remembered as a man who was always friendly and outgoing with strangers. He demonstrated old school courtesy. You would never find him at a fast food restaurant. He always preferred to sit down with family and friends and have a meal together. In his free time, Donald liked to sing to songs he knew. He got a kick out of staring at you while he sang “kind of like a personal concert.” Donald also enjoyed playing slot machines at the casino. Professionally, Donald was a sheet metal worker, and for many years worked at dairy farms milking cows. Donald leaves behind his daughters Lois Hill, and Stacy (Jimmy) Kast; son Joseph Hill; the mother of his children Elaine Hill; brother Billy Hill; sisters Cathy Hill Garcia, and Debra Hamilton; as well as many other family members and friends. Visitation will be 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at the Adams Mason Funeral Home (791 East Market Street), where funeral services will immediately follow at 3:00 PM.
