Danny was a devoted husband to Cynthia Duncan and a proud father to Erik Duncan and Bennie Duncan Sr. His role as a father was a source of immense pride and joy, and he cherished every moment spent with his children. Danny was also a loving so to his dear mother, Irma Church.

He welcomed his daughters-in-law, Melissa Rambler and Angelica Duncan, into the family with open arms, embracing them as his own. As a grandfather, Danny adored his granddaughter, Hannah Duncan, and grandson, Bennie Duncan Jr., cherishing the laughter and love they brought into his life. Additionally, he took great delight in his role as a great-grandfather to Hazel Duncan, a testament to the enduring legacy of love he created for generations to come.

Danny shared a special bond with his siblings: Cynthia K. Duncan, Connie Early, and Barbara Clark. Their closeness provided him with a foundation of support and camaraderie throughout his life.
