Charon Louise Graham

Charon L. Graham, 78 was born on September 5, 1945
to Joseph Binford and Dorotha Whittaker in Norfolk, Virginia. She was a resident of Akron, Ohio and Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio for most of her adult life. Charon passed away November 27, 2023 in Akron, Ohio of natural causes.
Charon was the loving matriarch of our family. She was very intelligent, super witty, outgoing, and definitely spunky. She met Robert Graham and fell in love. They got married and had three beautiful girls together.
Charon was also blessed with being a grandmother and great grandmother which she loved and cherished so much.She enjoyed to read and she even owned her own book store called The Book Nook. She loved to cook and garden. She also loved to entertain you could say she was the plan maker for gatherings that kept our family together. One of her favorite things to do was be with family and friends. She had a close friendship with many lady's she met at the natatorium. They called themselves the mermaids they loved to swim and have picnics together. She will be dearly missed by everyone that truly loved her.
She was predeceased by both parents; her brother Donald Binford;her sister Deborah Rowand; and her best friend Nila Nestor.
She is survived by her children Rayna Graham (Debra Francis); Robin Carter; Regina Graham (Kelly Walker);
Grandkids Robert Carter; Kimberly Bratanov (David Bratanov); and many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at the Adams Mason Funeral Home (791 East Market Street), where funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00 PM.  Pastor Dwayne Ray officiating.  She will be laid to rest at Chestnut Hill Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home (330) 535-9186
