Charles L. Johnson

Charles L. Johnson fell asleep in death peacefully on March 10, 2023.  A caring man who wa always there to help those in need.  He retired from Timken, and he enjoyed breakfast with his late brothers.

The loves of his life included firstly his loving wife Bernidette and his children.  His big heart also held a massive love for his grandchildren, Ayana, Craig, and Ari and of course his large family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Pearl (Washington) Johnson, siblings Lawrence Jr., Frederick, George, Phillip, and Harold Johnson, Maybell Whitthorne, Lois Higgins, and Ernestine Reed.

He is survived by wife Bernidette, children Charles and Monique and grandchildren.  Siblings Martha (Theotis) French and Darlene Webster, sisters-in-law Elizabeth and La Vonne Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.  He will missed by all.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at the Adams Mason Funeral Home (791 East Market Street), where a memorial service will immediately follow at 12:00 Noon.  Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home (330) 535-9186
