Charles Wesley Garrett

Charles Wesley Garrett, 68, passed away October 12, 2022, at home with his family by his side. He was born April 5, 1948, in Columbus, Ohio, the son of John Wilson Garret and Mildred Frances Meneley. Charles served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps. He took pride in his work as a painter and lawn care technician. He enjoyed watching football, especially when the Steelers were playing. He loved his music; Eric Clapton and the Beatles were his favorite musicians. Most importantly, he always had a helping hand for others.

Charles was preceded in death by his father John Wilson Garrett; mother Mildred Frances Meneley; and sister Sharlene Randall.

He is survived by his wife Jo Ellen; sisters Lana (Bob Dunfee) of Troy, Ohio, Diane Glaubius of Okeechobee, Florida, and Debbie Garrett; his many fur babies, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
