He was born October 14,1957 in Akron,Ohio to Willow ford and Charles Robert Garr Sr. He was a hard working man dedicated husband and father. His favorite hobby was working on cars his favorite holiday was Christmas.

Preceded in death by Mother Willow Ford, father Charles Robert Garr Sr, brother Terrence Garr, brother Loren Ford ,uncle Joseph Robert Garr Sr, Harold Ford, Karen Ford.
