Bertie Lou Wilson

Bertie Lou Wilson, 94, went home to be with the Lord on November 5, 2024.  She was born May 20, 1930 in Akron, the daughter of the late George and Beulah Bradley.  Bertie will always be remembered as a woman devoted to her faith and was an active member of Grandview United Methodist Church.  She was a gentle woman and loved her family.  Everyone enjoyed her wonderful meals.  In her free time, Bertie enjoyed reading, gardening, playing cards, and was also a skilled seamstress.  In addition to her parents, Bertie is preceded in death by her loving husband Jack Wilson; daughter Terry Lyn Nash; and her sisters Phyllis Munn and Barbara Dales.  She is survived by her daughters Cathy Boser, Becky Montecalvo, Vicky (Tom) Jones, and Tammy (John) Comeriato; 15 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; and nine great great grandchildren.  Visitation will be held  11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Friday, November 15, 2024 at Grandview United Methodist Church ( 2315 Phelps Avenue in Cuyahoga Falls), where a memorial service will immediately follow at 12:00 PM.  Pastor David Hull - Frye will officiate.  Bertie will be laid to rest with her husband at Rose Hill Burial Park.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church.   Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home (330) 535-9186
