Antwaine Deshone Vinson went home to be the Lord after battling a long illness. Antwaine was a survivor and fought the good fight, so we can rest knowing that he fought to the very end. His smile and slight sarcasm will surely be missed. Antwaine was survived by his loving mother, Lamonia Pierce; devoted children, O’Shay, Amari, Javion, and Aniya; grandchildren, O’Shay Jr. and Osiah. Dedicated and faithful siblings Monik (Tony) Vinson-Swain, Steven Vinson, Sr (Stephanie Gutherie), Shauntay Vinson, Jermaine Vinson, William B. (Tanika) Calhoun Jr, Sheldon (Belinda) Calhoun-Owens, Shawnte⸍ Calhoun-Beecher, Shahe (Miyauna) Calhoun; nephews, Trenton Burley, Drayson Davis and Steven Vinson, Jr.; nieces Tasha Alford, Shaylavae Blair and Kendise Horton; Godfather, Willie King. He also leaves to cherish 1 great niece and 4 great nephews a long with a host of cousins and friends.
Antwaine was proceeded in death by grandmothers, Katherine (Mrs. Kitty) Vinson and Delores Dotson; grandfathers, Ransom Tatum and Willie James Vinson, Sr; father, William Calhoun, Sr; stepfather, Ronald Pierce; uncle, Willie Vinson, Jr; sister-in-law, Roxsann Vinson; best friends, Clarence (LC) Horton, and Jermyn (Brock) Brock, Sr.
